How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be done through Paypal and by bank transfer. IDeal payments are not an option at the moment.

To make a bank payment, transfer the amount to our account NL11INGB0001900052 to E.J. Huizinga mentioning your order number.

How do we ship your order?

Orders for shipping addresses in the Netherlands are sent with PostNL.
Orders for shipping addresses outside the Netherlands are sent with DPD.

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed before 15:00 on workdays will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 on workdays will be sent out the next workday.

Orders for shipping addresses in the Netherlands will be delivered within 1 to 2 workdays after shipping.

Orders for shipping addresses outside the Netherlands will be delivered within 2 to 5 workdays after shipping.

These are estimates and can differ depending on the shipping carrier.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of invoice. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

How do I receive a refund after returning a product?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of invoice.  If you do not wish for a new product, you can ask for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Is your order damaged, incomplete or incorrect? We are here to help, please contact us by sending an email to info@cosplayclues.com. We will contact you within 1 workday with a fitting solution.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If the product is sold out, this will be marked with ‘Sold Out’ on the product image. If the product is low on stock, this will be shown in the product description.

How can I edit my order?

Accidentally made a mistake in your order? Editing your order can be done before your order is sent out. Contact us at info@cosplayclues.com and we will be glad to help!

Do you also attend conventions and events?

Yes, we will be attending several conventions and events during the year. Stay updated by visiting our Event Calendar.

I have a specific question about one of your products. How can I reach you?
